  • Sizing Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not liable for sizing errors due to incorrect information.
  • Production Timeline: Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fabric shortages) are not grounds for cancellation.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid documentation before order processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on order size, destination, and delivery speed.
  • Delivery Inspections: Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report damages or discrepancies within 48 hours.
  • International Orders: Subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
